fluffy vegan scrambled eggs

I am in the process of making today. Ive made this twice and the first time it had a weird taste and the second time was doughey like I made pancakes. Wait until you see a thin layer of egg cooking around the edges. It might be okay if youre trying to make an omelet but otherwise they just make a sticky mess if you actually try to scramble them.
